Post-Appointment Instructions

IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPOINTMENT

  • Do not touch your brows with your hands or materials. Make sure you wash your hands before you do any after care.​

  • After the initial care, do not get your brows wet for at least 24 hours. Meaning: no sweating, no swimming, and keep your brows protected during your shower i.e. cover with shower cap, keep your face away from the water, or shower before your appointment and wait longer to shower.

THE NEXT 14 DAYS

  • No saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, or steam rooms

  • No makeup in the brow area

  • No tanning or long exposure to the sun

  • No intense workouts

  • No exfoliants or face products in the brow area

  • No laying on your face

  • No scratching or picking your brows.

What to Expect During the Healing Process

Treated area will release lymphatic fluid for 24-48 hours. Pat dry often with clean cotton round or soft tissue.

Brows will appear darker & thicker on day 2.

Brows will shrink approx. 2mm within 3-5 days.

 

Brows may become uneven, patchy & flaky from day 5-10.

Tattoo will fade up to 60% from day 10-11.

 

To retain the colour intensity, a 4-6 week touch up appointment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 

REMINDER

The 4-6 week recommended touch up session will cover issues regarding shape, crispness, color, thickness, depth, fullness, and balance.

 

Please book your 4-6 week touch-up following your appointment or in advance of 2 weeks notice.
